WHO:

Dr. Gish is a Hepatologist specializing in all forms of liver disease, liver cancer and liver transplant. Dr. Gish has partnered with TeleMed2U to provide telemedicine consultative services for patients with liver disease.

WHAT:

TeleMed2U is a telemedicine-based multi-specialty clinical practice increasing access to specialist providers providing, “healthcare anywhere and everywhere.” The telemedicine consultation will be conducted through our HIPAA and HITECH compliant platform. Connectivity testing will be done in advance to ensure you can connect via our telemedicine platform. Following the consultation, a clinical note will be provided including a summary of your liver consultation with Dr. Gish and his consultative recommendations.

COST:

Payment will be processed through an online secure transaction portal. The fees for consultative services are:

Initial 60 minute consultation per patient: $500.00
Follow Up 30 minute consultation per patient: $300.00

New Rx Outreach Program Offers Affordable Hepatitis B Medications for Patients in the United States

Are you a hepatitis B patient living in the United States? Are you taking entecavir or tenofovir disoproxil fumarate (TDF) to help manage your hepatitis B infection? Good news! Rx Outreach – America’s largest fully licensed, non-profit, mail order pharmacy and Patient Assistance Program –will now have access to tenofovir disoproxil fumarate (TDF) and entecavir, two front-line medications used to treat hepatitis B, at prices significantly lower than retail.

Tenofovir disoproxil fumarate (TDF), generic Viread ®, retails for $838.85 for a 30-day supply but is available from Rx Outreach for $25 for up to 30 tablets. Entecavir, generic Baraclude ®, has an average monthly retail price of $981.66, but is available from Rx Outreach for $45 for up to 30 tablets. Individuals who meet the eligibility requirements will qualify for Rx Outreach’s affordable pricing regardless of their health insurance status or prescription coverage.
